As a MetroPCS customer you have hopefully enjoyed an immediate rebate or discount on your handset by using any of the many available MetroPCS coupons. However, a number of questions may typically come to mind about how you will be billed, and how exactly you can pay your bill.

MetroPCS customers will receive a monthly text message bill notification. This will tell them exactly how much they owe, what their account number is, and when the payment is due by. A paper summary statement can also be forwarded to the account holder, although there is a $2 a month charge for this. There is also the option to receive an electronic statement which will provide details of any local calls, and this is available for $1 a month.

There are a number of ways in which to pay your MetroPCS bill, although the easiest is to sign up for Auto-pay. This will allow for an automatic debit to be made from a designated credit or debit card on a monthly basis. There is also the facility to make credit card payments through the MetroPCS automated system. This can be achieved by simply dialing *99 at a MetroPCS store, or indeed online through Express Pay.

It is extremely important that customers pay for the service by the due date to ensure that they have continued use of their MetroPCS service. Unfortunately, if payment is not made by the due date, the service will be suspended until payment has been received. However, customers have the opportunity to pay in advance for as many months as they wish, and this will be reflected in their account balance.
